Sutton One

The Learning Tree 1 is a converted house situated on two floors. The nursery has been established since 1997 and caters for children aged six weeks to eight years.

The nursery has 4 areas, a Baby room, a Toddler room an area for the 2-3 years, an area for 3-5 years (Pre-school). Using the differeant areas in the nursery allows the children to access a wide range of equipment that is age and stage appropriate.

The large outdoor play area consists of a digging area, climbing frames, grass area and growing area.

Sutton Two

The Learning Tree 2 is a converted house situated on two floors. The nursery has been established since 2000 and the nursery team strive create a warm and homely environment.

The children at nursery are in separate age groups, this allows the children to access a wide range of equipment and resources that are age and stage appropriate for their development.

We have a separate outdoor play area for the children to explore and discover this consists of a vegetable patch, decking for story time and picnics, no mow grass and tarmac.

The nursery has a ‘Strong linked partnership’ with the local Sure Start Centre, has regular trips out to the park, library and other local attractions.

The Wirral

The Learning Tree Nursery is situated in Prenton, Wirral and operates from a converted house. The nursery has been established since 1999.

The nursery operates a continuous provision with access to equipment and resources to develop learning and skills. The nursery is stimulating and colourful and has a seperate Baby room.

There is a large garden which has a soft playground area and also a canopy area for all weather conditions. In the garden children can explore, play and learn together in a safe environment.

Providing a Well Balanced Diet

Whether your child has special dietary requirements or needs a more flexible system of care, each childs individual needs matters to us.

All meals are prepared at the nursery by our specialist cook. For children arriving before 8.30am this will include breakfast, with all the children having milk and a mid morning snack, a two course cooked lunch and an afternoon tea.

Our meals are designed to provide a well balanced diet which is both nutritional and enjoyable. The weekly menu is always available on the nursery notice board and comments are welcome. Children are actively encouraged to try everything on the menu and be polite at the table.

In addition to this we are very happy to accommodate any special dietary needs your child may have which should be clearly marked on your registration form.
